Privacy protection
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Information pursuant to the provisions of Section 15 of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
Consent is granted within the framework of registration for a user account, with the appropriate description, this field is not preset and active action on the part of the data subject is required to grant consent. The data subject also grants, pursuant to Section 62 of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended, his/her consent to be contacted by e-mail, electronically for the purpose of sending news.
The personal data of the data subjects will be processed in the information system of the company JULAMEDIC, sro. The operator of this information system is the company JULAMEDIC, sro, with its registered office at: Allendeho 2769/38, 059 51 Poprad, Company ID: 48127205, Tax ID: 2120061317, VAT ID: SK21200613173317, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section: Sro, entry no. 31447/P (hereinafter referred to as the “operator”).
When processing personal data, the operator complies with the provisions of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to certain regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Act"), Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on electronic commerce and on amendments and supplements to Act No. 128/2002 Coll. on state control of the internal market in matters of consumer protection and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended by Act No. 284/2002 Coll., all as amended by later regulations and other legal regulations.
The legal basis for processing users' personal data is the consent of the data subject granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act in the manner described above.
The purpose of processing personal data is to send information about the operator's product offerings and current promotions.
By submitting the registration form and checking the appropriate box "I agree to the terms and conditions", the user agrees that his personal data will be processed by the Company in the scope of title, first and last name, email address.
Personal data is provided to the information system voluntarily, based on the consent of the data subject, and the validity period of the consent is 5 years from the date of its granting. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to the address: info@julamedic.skThe data subject acknowledges that by withdrawing their consent, they also withdraw their consent to receiving newsletters.
The personal data of the data subjects will not be transferred to EU countries or made public. Personal data may be made available or provided exclusively to persons belonging to the JULAMEDIC group and will not be provided for further processing to other persons.
The rights of the data subject under the law are mainly as follows:
The data subject has the right, based on a written request from the operator - the Company, to request:
1. a) confirmation of whether or not personal data about her is being processed,
2. b) in a generally understandable form, information on the processing of personal data in the information system to the extent pursuant to Section 15, paragraph 1, letters a) to e), second to sixth points; when issuing a decision pursuant to paragraph 5, the data subject is entitled to familiarize himself with the procedure for processing and evaluating operations;
3. c) in a generally understandable form, precise information about the source from which he obtained her personal data for processing,
4. d) a list of their personal data that is subject to processing in a generally understandable form,
5. e) correction or destruction of your incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data that is the subject of processing,
6. f) the destruction of their personal data, the purpose of processing of which has ended; if the subject of processing is official documents containing personal data, they may request their return,
7. g) destruction of her personal data that is the subject of processing if there has been a violation of the law,
8. h) blocking of their personal data due to withdrawal of consent before its validity period expires, if the controller processes personal data based on the consent of the data subject.
The right of the data subject under Section 28(1)(e) and (f) may be restricted only if such restriction results from a special law or its application would violate the protection of the data subject or the rights and freedoms of other persons.
The data subject, upon written request, has the right to object to the controller against:
1. a) processing of her personal data, which she assumes are or will be processed for direct marketing purposes without her consent, and to request their destruction,
2. b) the use of personal data referred to in Section 10(3)(d) for the purposes of direct marketing by post, or
3. c) provision of personal data referred to in Section 10, Paragraph 3, Letter d) for direct marketing purposes.
The data subject, upon written request or in person, if the matter cannot be postponed, has the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time to the controller in cases pursuant to Section 10, paragraph 3, letters a), e), f) or g) by stating legitimate reasons or by submitting evidence of an unjustified interference with his or her rights and legally protected interests, which are or may be damaged in a specific case by such processing of personal data; if this is not prevented by legal reasons and it is proven that the objection of the data subject is justified, the controller is obliged to block and destroy the personal data, the processing of which the data subject has objected, without undue delay, as soon as circumstances permit. The data subject, upon written request or in person, if the matter cannot be postponed, shall also have the right to object to and not to submit to a decision of the controller at any time, which would have legal effects or a significant impact on him or her, if such a decision is issued solely on the basis of automated processing of his or her personal data. The data subject shall have the right to request the controller to review the issued decision by a method other than automated processing, while the controller shall be obliged to comply with the request of the data subject, namely that the authorized person shall have the decisive role in reviewing the decision; the controller shall inform the data subject of the method of review and the result of the finding within the period pursuant to Section 29(1). 3. The data subject does not have this right only if it is provided for by a special law, which regulates measures to ensure the legitimate interests of the data subject, or if, within the framework of pre-contractual relations or during the existence of contractual relations, the controller has issued a decision by which it has complied with the request of the data subject, or if the controller has taken other appropriate measures to ensure the legitimate interests of the data subject on the basis of the contract. If the data subject exercises his right a) in writing and the content of his request indicates that he exercises his right, the request shall be deemed to have been submitted in accordance with this Act; the data subject shall deliver a request submitted by e-mail or fax in writing no later than three days from the date of its sending, b) in person orally in a record, which must clearly state who exercised the right, what he is claiming and when, and who drew up the record, his signature and the signature of the data subject; the controller is obliged to hand over a copy of the minutes to the data subject, c) in the case of an intermediary under letter a) or letter b), the latter is obliged to hand over this request or minutes to the controller without undue delay. The data subject, if he suspects that his personal data are being processed unlawfully, may submit a proposal to the Office for the initiation of proceedings on the protection of personal data. If the data subject does not have the capacity to perform legal acts in full, his rights may be exercised by his legal representative. If the data subject is not alive, his rights that he had under this Act may be exercised by a close person.
The controller shall process the request of the data subject pursuant to Section 28, Paragraph 1, Letters a) to c), e) to h) and Paragraphs 3 to 5 free of charge. The controller shall process the request of the data subject pursuant to Section 28, Paragraph 1, Letter d) free of charge, except for a fee in an amount that may not exceed the amount of reasonably incurred material costs associated with making copies, obtaining technical media and sending information to the data subject, unless a special law provides otherwise.
The operator is obliged to process the request of the data subject in writing pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request. The operator shall notify the data subject and the Authority in writing of any restriction of the rights of the data subject pursuant to Section 28 paragraph 2 without undue delay.
I also declare that I was promptly and properly informed about the processing of my personal data pursuant to the provisions of Section 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation. For the avoidance of doubt, it is stipulated that by checking the box marked "I agree to the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data" for the purposes of sending newsletters, I, as the data subject, grant the controller consent to the above-mentioned extent.

(hereinafter referred to as the "operator")
1. The operator processes personal data for the purpose of concluding a purchase contract with the buyer through an online store or in another appropriate manner, fulfilling the obligations arising from this contract and for marketing purposes. The contracting parties have agreed that the buyer, if he is a natural person, will notify the seller of his title, first name and surname, address for delivery of the goods (street, house number, village and postal code), telephone number and e-mail address. If the seller also processes other personal data of the buyer, he processes them to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract. The buyer provides personal data to the seller voluntarily for the purpose of fulfilling his obligations arising from the purchase contract and further communication with him. Without their provision, the seller cannot properly fulfill the contract with the buyer and therefore it will not be possible to conclude it with the buyer. The purpose of processing this personal data by the operator is:
- registration on the website eshop.julamedic.sk
- order of goods by the buyer
- buyer identification
- pre-contractual relations
- order confirmation
- conclusion of a purchase contract
- issuing a tax document
- delivery of goods
- order records for possible complaint resolution
- information about promotions, news and discounts.
2. By sending an order to the seller, the buyer declares that he gives his consent pursuant to the provisions of Section 11, paragraph 1 of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data") to the seller to process and store his personal data, in particular those listed above and/or which are necessary for the seller's activities. The seller undertakes to handle and dispose of the buyer's personal data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. The seller processes the buyer's personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill its obligations arising from the contract and from generally binding legal regulations. The buyer may revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing. The seller does not disclose personal data to any third party except in cases where this is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract. The buyer acknowledges that his personal data will be made available or provided to a third party (e.g. a carrier) for the purpose of fulfilling his obligations arising from the purchase contract.
3. The Seller declares that, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6, Paragraph 2, Letter c) of the Personal Data Protection Act, it will collect personal data exclusively for the purposes specified in the previous point of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Seller declares that, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6, Paragraph 2, Letter e) of the Personal Data Protection Act, it will ensure that personal data is processed and used exclusively in a manner that corresponds to the purpose for which it was collected.
5. The Seller declares that, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6, Paragraph 2, Letter i) of the Personal Data Protection Act, it will process personal data in accordance with good morals and will act in a manner that does not contradict the Personal Data Protection Act or other generally binding legal regulations, nor will it circumvent them.
6. The buyer, upon a free written request, has the right to object to the seller against:
- processing of his personal data, which he assumes are or will be processed for direct marketing purposes without his consent and to request their destruction,
- the use of personal data referred to in Section 10(3)(d) for the purposes of direct marketing by post, or
- provision of personal data referred to in Section 10, Paragraph 3, Letter d) for direct marketing purposes.
The buyer, upon a free written request, has the right to object to the processing of personal data by the seller in cases pursuant to Section 10, paragraph 3, letters a), e), f) or g) of the Personal Data Protection Act by stating justified reasons or by submitting evidence of an unlawful interference with his or her rights and legally protected interests, which are or may be damaged in a specific case by such processing of personal data; if this is not prevented by legal reasons and it is proven that the buyer's objection is justified, the seller is obliged to block and destroy the personal data, the processing of which the buyer has objected, without undue delay, as soon as circumstances permit.
If the buyer suspects that his personal data is being processed unlawfully, he may file a report with the Personal Data Protection Office. If the buyer does not have full legal capacity, his rights may be exercised by his legal representative.
Consent to the processing of personal data
Our company is intensively dedicated to permanently ensuring the protection of processed personal data and other data, also in connection with the effectiveness of: • Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts • Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data - GDPR  In accordance with Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, we process personal data in the smallest possible volume that can be provided to us in accordance with the above legal standards.
As a buyer, I hereby voluntarily grant my consent pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended by later legal regulations, to the processing of my personal data to the extent pursuant to Article VI. point 1. of the Terms and Conditions by the seller.
As a buyer, I am aware of the fact that I am entitled to revoke the above consents at any time in writing.
As a buyer, I declare that I have been informed, in accordance with Section 15(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act, about the conditions for processing personal data by the operator, which are published on the website www.julamedic.sk
